1. Order Confirmation
By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer's order, a written and binding agreement is entered into between the customer and geterw.com. Once an order is completed on geterw.com, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors or omissions in the order geterw.com reserves the right to cancel and order up to the point of delivery.
2. Age Restriction
If the customer is under 18, permission must be obtained from a parent or other person of authority.
geterw.com accepts Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Apple Pay, PayPal and Maestro. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to geterw.com, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. geterw.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.
Prices are without shipping or other services that geterw.com may offer. geterw.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. On geterw.com prices are shown in the following currencies: United States Dollars (USD).
4. Local Levies
Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.
Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of notification. The product must be returned in original packaging with hang tags and other labelling. A purchase can be undone, even though the product has been tested. A product is only tested if the test is beyond what is possible by testing the product in a physical store. If the item is used, a specific assessment will be made of what a used item can be sold at to another consumer. A possible worthy degradation will be imposed on the buyer. Shipments do not include return label, however geterw.com offer the below return options. All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by geterw.com. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by geterw.com.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged

6.1 Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from My flight pack - Taking on jet lag.

All products from geterw.com come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims please contact customer service at email@example.com
geterw.com sends packages with GLS to all their international destinations. Exceptions cannot be made. All shipments are insured and Track & Trace information is e-mailed to the customer upon dispatch from geterw.com.
Shipping times for regular service in US and Europe are 1-3 business days, and as a regular service outside US and Europe 3-5 days. geterw.com accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. Shipping times are a guide.
